1 - How do I place an order at KVM-shop.nl?

1. To add a product in your shopping cart, please click the "Bestel" button.

2. The product is now listed in your shopping cart. You can view the content of your shopping cart by clicking "Show Cart".

2 - Stock indication / Delivery time

Every product has a stock indication. 'In stock' means that we have the product in stock. 'Five days' indicaties that the product is not in stock, but that we expect to receive it within five office days (after ordering).

If your order turns out to have a different-than-indicated delivery time, we will inform you immediately.

3 - Shipping Rates

We ship to many countries. The indicated shipping fee is for your complete order, no matter how many boxes, what it weighs or what size it has.

If your country is not listed, please contact info@kvm-shop.nl and you will receive the shipping fee.

4 - How can I pay for my purchase

iDeal:

If you choose iDEAL as payment method, you will pay through your bank's own secured connection. Currently iDEAL is only available for customers with a Dutch bank account.
For an iDEAL payment there is no charge.

Cash on Delivery:

Choosing cash on delivery as your payment method allows you to pay the invoice total cash upon delivery. For a cash on delivery payment there is a € 10,00 charge.

Bank payment:

Choose bank payment to pay by bank. Please pay the invoice total refering to your order number. You receive the bank account with a confirmation of your order by e-mail. Bank payment may take up to two days for processing. For a bank payment there is no charge.

PayPal:

Choose PayPal for credit card and paypal payments
For a paypal paymant there is a 4% charge.

6 - PS/2 to USB adapter

Has your KVM switch or extender only got USB connectors for keyboard and mouse, but your keyboard and/or mouse have a PS/2 plug? You can connect it/them with the Aten UC10KM PS/2 naar USB adapter.
