Orders of in-stock products that are placed and paid for on working days before 16:00 will be delivered the next working day. With PostNL, your order can also be delivered on Saturdays. When more items of a product are ordered than there are in stock, you will receive an immediate message.
When paying in advance by bank, iDEAL, credit card or PayPal:
For the Netherlands: € 7.50 with DHL Express or € 9.95 with PostNL.
For Belgium: € 10.00 with DHL Express
Cash on delivery:
For the Netherlands: € 17.50 with DHL Express
For Belgium: € 20.00 with DHL Express
You can pay for your order in advance by bank, with iDEAL, with a credit card or with your PayPal account. When paying with a credit card or PayPal account, 4% extra costs are charged.
You have the option to pay for your order upon delivery (cash on delivery). In that case, you must have appropriate cash ready for delivery.
Payment on account is in certain cases possible for companies, institutions and governments. Please reach out to us to learn about the conditions.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail after placing your order, after receipt of your payment and after shipment.
If you want to cancel the purchase after ordering a product, you can cancel your order *. If you have not yet paid, we appreciate your cancellation notice. If you have already paid, and your order has not yet been shipped, your payment will be refunded *. As a rule, this is done within 14 days. If your order has already been shipped or you have already received the order and the products are in unused and intact condition, you can return your order *. Upon receipt of the returned order, your payment will be refunded.
* Orders of on-demand products usually cannot be returned.
If a product becomes defective or has been delivered defective, you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The costs for returning will be on the expense of the customer. We recommend that you insure the shipment against transport damage. You must enclose a complaint description and a copy of the invoice. The product is tested using your complaint description. If the product is defective, it will be repaired or replaced with a new product. As a rule, this is done within 14 days.
