De VC486 is een 12G-SDI naar HDMI-converter die HD/3G/6G/12G-SDI-ingangssignalen omzet naar een HDMI-uitgang in realtime. Het ondersteunt diverse transmissieafstanden. Dit is afhankelijk van verschillende SDI-indelingen, inclusief 45 m (12G-SDI), 60 m (6G-SDI), 90 m (3G-SDI) en 150 m (HD-SDI) en biedt de flexibiliteit voor professionele videoprojecten. Bovendien werkt de converter samen met ATEN VC486 configuratiesoftware, waardoor gebruikers de invoer, uitvoer en audio-instellingen van het apparaat eenvoudig kunnen configureren. De VC486 is een perfecte keuze voor het converteren van SDI-signaal naar HDMI voor toepassingen zoals broadcasting, medische beeldvorming en industriële inspectie.
