De VE801 HDMI HDBaseT-Lite Extender verlengt de afstand van een HDMI-signaal tot 70 m vanaf de HDBaseT-bron met één Cat 5e/6/6a-kabel. Het ondersteunt HDMI-opties waaronder 3D, Deep Color en 4K beeldresolutie, plus Dolby Digital 5.1, DTS HD audio en het is compatibel met HDCP. Het alles-in-een ontwerp van de VE801 biedt een eenvoudige manier om het apparaat op elke gewenste locatie te plaatsen. Het zijpaneel heeft anti-slipgroeven die per ongeluk vallen bij installatie voorkomen. De groeven verbeteren tevens de mogelijkheid om de LED-statuslampjes te zien. De VE801 is perfect voor digitale entertainment centers of voor elke installatie waarbij een superieure HDMI-videokwaliteit over grote afstanden moet worden overgebracht.
